Served from 6:30 am and until 11:30 am in the breakfast room or in the lounge, the buffet is plentiful and neat.
Products are selected, as far as possible, from short circuits and respectful of the environment.
Breakfast is open to outside guests, and to guests whose reservation does not include breakfast, at the rate of 18 € per person.

Jams "Confitures de Création" are made in Passy in Haute Savoie facing Mont Blanc, honey "Martine" comes from Lorgues in Provence.
Dried fruits, brownies, muffins, «organic» muesli, yogurts, gluten-free breads, soy milk, a large bowl of fresh fruit and vegetables tray of «Vergers Saint Eustache», complete the buffet.
Wide choice of cold cuts, cheese, eggs, smoked salmon and fresh fruit salad.
The artisanal ham "Prince de Paris" is made in a workshop in the heart of Paris, the cheeses are all matured and AOP – Protected Designation of Origin - (Comté 18 months, Tome, Emmental…) from «le Chariot à Fromages» in the Yvelines.
Long coffee or espresso, Lavazza and Café Richard, teas and infusions come from Kusmi.
The crockery is in Limoges porcelain signed REYNAUD.
