The Balmoral has been a hotel since the turn of the 20th century. In 1962, it was purchased by a family that operated it until 2010. Francine and François Dapremont bought it in the spring of 2010 and have been running it with their team ever since.
Christian, the front desk manager, is the keeper of traditions. He came on board in 1979 and has worked at the hotel ever since. He knows all the guests, hiding spots and secrets.
Linda, head of housekeeping: if you like how your bed is made, it is thanks to her. If you appreciate how the robes are folded, that is also her doing. She is passionate about quality service and sees that your stay is top of the range in all aspects.
Victor, our sales manager, will assist with all your meeting requests, with our without lodging, and will help organize meals, cocktails, activities and more.
